Still life
The Library of Congress Flickr stream (via Coudal) releases thousands of beautiful photos onto the web. In particular, there are lots of wonderful photos of American life from the 1930s and 40s. Was the world really a different colour then?

Haven't you heard all the old people complaining that kids screwed up the world's color saturation and they should stay away from the knob?

I'd like to think that it was a different colour. If I could live in the world of colour those pictures inhabitant I'd be a very happy man, (with holidays taken of course taken in John Hinde technicolour).
